Daniel has advised and represented clients in all areas of intellectual property law, focusing on trademark law, competition law and patent law, as well as in drafting licence and confidentiality agreements.
Daniel studied law at the university of Mainz, with majors in German and European competition and antitrust law and German, European and International media law.
Daniel spent his legal clerkship in the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court district. During this clerkship Daniel stayed with the 7th Decision Division of the German Federal Cartel Office and worked for different law firms focusing on intellectual property law.
At the same time Daniel participated in the LL.M. program “IP Law” of the Center for Intellectual Property Law at the Law Faculty of the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf obtaining the degree Master of Laws.
